EDMONTON – The 2009 season was a great year for Gaelic football in Alberta with the Edmonton Wolfe Tones cleaning up on the hardware.
The Edmonton Wolfe Tones would like to thank the Vancouver Harps and Gaels, the Calgary Chieftains and Red Deer Eire Og for a fantastic season of football and we look forward to another hard competitive year in 2010.
This year we also welcome Lethbridge into our tournaments. Gerry Muldoon – a former Wolfe Tone member who is now living in Lethbridge – is anxious to get back into the O’Neil gear and has gathered a Gaelic football team together. This is great news for Alberta and western Canada.
The Edmonton Wolfe Tones wish everyone all the best over the holidays and New Year.
