VIBE NEWS UPDATE
‘Helping to bring together Irish and Canadian professionals to network and achieve success’
VANCOUVER – Vancouver Irish Business & Enterprise (VIBE) held an immigration evening on April 28 in the Delta Suites Hotel downtown.
Senior representatives from the BC Provincial Nominee Programme (PNP) presented the current options available for Irish people to become permanent residents of Canada.
Their presentation not only covered the various programmes available but also highlighted the timelines involved, recent changes and gave a lot of great practical advice to those present on how to get their permanent resident status.
A questions and answers session also featured contributions from one of the partners of Synergy Business Lawyers – Brian Rudy, a corporate and immigration lawyer who highlighted some important issues to consider for those interested in extending their stay in Canada.
The PNP representatives said they would be happy to come back again to present for VIBE, so if you missed the event and are interested in coming to a second PNP event, please contact vibevancouver@gmail.com.
