Welcome to New Baby Boggan

There was a joyous arrival for the Boggan family of Vancouver at 5:26 PM on September 22 when Finlay John Boggan made his grand entrance into the world. He weighed in at seven pounds 11 ounces. Mom and dad, Caroline and Caley, are both well.
Paternal grandparents Stephanie and Kevin and auntie Clare are all thrilled with the new arrival. Maternal grandparents Alan and Moira Howat live in Banchory, Scotland, and Finlay is their first grandchild as well.
