ALBERTA MEN UNITE
Powerscreen Tournament September 2 and 3 in Toronto

By RONAN DEANE

The Calgary Chieftains and the Edmonton Wolfe Tones Men are uniting yet again in an attempt to win the Powerscreen Gold Watch Tournament that they came so close to winning last year. It's a real case of East vs West, as the Alberta men aim to show our Ontario brethren the strength of the Western Division.

The following players make up the team: From Edmonton - Luc Berthiaume; Owen O Conner; Colin Baugh. From Calgary - Adrian Lagan; Tim Hammill; Calum Bonnington; Damien McCallion; Brydan Grasher; Ryan and Brendan Bakay.

No doubt, they will be spreading the word to our eastern cousins to come out west and compete against us in our own patch to repay the numerous trips western teams have made in the last number of years.

Tim's dad will be out to support the Chief Tones. With any luck, the boys will be back, showing off their new timepieces. Best of Luck!
