The Celtic Heritage Society of Canada will host a "Green Tie" dance on February 19 at the Polish Hall, 4015 Fraser Street in Vancouver featuring the Town Pants and The Rogues n' Tinkers. The ISSC will participate in CelticFest with demonstration hurling and Gaelic football on March 13, at 2 PM. We hope to be joined by the Seattle Gaels Hurling Team and the Vancouver Cougars of the Aussie Rules Football Club too. The club will also have a float in the parade that starts at 11 AM on the same day and all members are encouraged to join in.

The ISSC will be involved in the Ceili Irish Music and Dance Camp 2005 at Harrison Hot Springs from August 14 to 20 by supporting a Gaelic football elective for participants. Special thanks to President Brian Farmer of the Canadian County Board of the Gaelic Athletic Association for providing funds to purchase 12 juvenile trainer balls to be used by the youth at the Ceili Camp.
