Speciality British Products Available in the Heights Again
BURNABY - The Heights Meat and Deli has been carrying British groceries, meats and specialty U.K. products for the past four months. Since the closure of Ye Olde Scottish Larder, there was no one carrying these specialty items in the Burnaby Heights district.

I recently dropped into the Heights Meats and Deli and spoke to owner, Max Kasaei. He told me the local response for his specialty products has been really great. He said, “many people in the Heights are glad that the British products are available here again. And, not only do we have customers from the Heights, but also from Richmond, Langley, Coquitlam and Port Coquitlam.”
The Heights Meat and Deli carries various specialty bacons such as Ayrshire and Irish bacon, along with black and white pudding, sausages, Melton Mowbray pies, steak and kidney pies, chicken pies and many more favourites.
Max said he is expecting many more British products for the Christmas season and he urges anyone who wants haggis for the holidays and Robbie Burns celebrations to place their orders now to avoid disappointment.
