Ceol binn a bhaint as an saol! The fine folks at the Rogue Folk Club have plenty of cause for celebration at the minute. The club has its 18th birthday bash this month and chief Rogue Steve Edge hosts his 20-year anniversary radio show in June. The celebrations provide an excellent opportunity to say a hearty and raucous thank you to the Rogue crowd for bringing so much great music to town for so many years. Here’s to plenty more!

The last Scottish ceilidh dance of the season is the Blackthorn Ceilidh Dance at the Hyack Festival on May 27 listed above..........Both the Irish and Scottish monthly dances start up again in September..........There's Scottish Country Dancing in the Park on Monday nights from June 13 to August 15, 7:30-9:30 PM, (weather permitting) at Stanley Park's Ceperley Playground.
