Enjoy Some French-Canadian 'Joie de Vivre' With a Celtic Flavour at Festival du Bois
COQUITLAM - For the past 16 years, one of the highlights of the festival season is the annual Festival du Bois held at Blue Mountain Park in March. Traditional and folk music lovers gather to dance to the sounds of the fiddle and accordion and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and French-Canadian 'joie de vivre.'
This year, the Festival du Bois will be held on March 5 and 6, and will welcome over 15,000 enthusiastic spectators who have come to 'let go' to the sounds of Celtic, traditional and folk music.
