A New Baby Boy for Tom and Sharon

VANCOUVER - Congratulations to Tom O'Sullivan and Sharon Preston on the birth of their first-born, a son named Charlton Frederick Carbery O'Sullivan. He will be known as Charlie.

On November 13, a christening celebration was held at the Wolf and Hound on West Broadway. Many members of the Irish community, along with friends and family, were present to welcome the new arrival and extend their best wishes to the family.
Tom is from County Kerry and he was looking very much like the proud father and Lord of Cahirciveen wearing his tweed jacket and vest. Tom is well-known in local sporting circles, including the Vancouver Irish Sporting and Social Club, where he has plays Gaelic football, and the Evergreens Rugby club, where he plays rugby.
The baby's beautiful lace christening gown was presented by Sharon’s mother, Rozanne Preston, who also sang for the baptismal at the church service. All in all, it was a most enjoyable social afternoon with lots of laughs. Charlie slept peacefully throughout the celebrations, while everyone admired him. Looks like he’s a chip off the old block!
