His parents Brenda and Pat, sister Patricia (Dennis), brothers Brendan (Peggy), Brian (Connie), Stephen (Sandra) and many nieces and nephews who love him dearly. Vince is also incredibly missed by all his relatives, friends and associates.

Vince was a force unlike any other in the local automotive industry. A great golf enthusiast, he produced many unforgettable tournaments. Vince just always wanted the best for everyone and a good laugh at his jokes. But he will be remembered most of all for his passionate, generous and steadfast commitment to his family, friends and colleagues.

Vincent’s parents Pat and Brenda are well-known in the local Irish community. They immigrated from Dun Laoghaire in 1956, married in 1957, and started their family of five children in 1958 – Patricia, Brendan, Vincent, Brian and Stephen. Pat and Brenda were also instrumental in the formation of an Irish theatre group in Vancouver in 1957 which is still going strong today.

His sister Patricia said, “Irish culture is the breath of our family and as you can imagine we are broken-hearted over losing our Vincent at 43 years of age. Vincent was always full of joy and fun. He was the sunshine of our family, devoted to his family, friends and colleagues. Vincent left us surrounded by his loving family in a state of grace.”
