Handsworth Spring Rugby Tour - England & Ireland 2004
NORTH VANCOUVER – The Handsworth Senior Boys' Rugby Team will embark on an exciting tour of Ireland and England next March and are seeking sponsors as part of their fund raising efforts.
Their goal to raise at least two-thirds of the total cost of their trip through personal fund raising efforts and sponsorships, but they can't do it without the support of the community.
They have a number of fund raising activities planned over the next 14 months, including a bottle drive, entertainment book and chocolate sales.
Sponsorship funds are used primarily to purchase clothing and equipment required for the tour. The main area for direct advertising is through their professional looking Tour Program which will be distributed widely in both North Vancouver and while on tour.
